LEGAL / USE

Acceptable use policy

The boundaries for using PalmX pages, forms, technical content, and authorized security services.

These pages are prepared for structured review. They are not approved for production publication and are not a substitute for legal review or verified company information.

Use the site responsibly

Use the website and its forms only for lawful business, learning, accessibility, or communication purposes. You are responsible for having authority to submit information, content, links, or instructions on behalf of another person or organization.

Prohibited conduct

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access, probe or disrupt infrastructure, or bypass a technical or contractual control.
  • Uploading malware, credentials, unlawful content, data belonging to another person without authority, or material that infringes rights.
  • Using PalmX content, marks, or identity to impersonate PalmX or to imply an endorsement, certification, or partnership that has not been approved.
  • Scraping, bulk messaging, deceptive lead collection, credential harvesting, or using the website to facilitate fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
  • Testing a client or third-party system without written authorization that defines scope, time, methods, contacts, and stop conditions.

Security work needs authorization

A public page, an email address, a DNS record, a discovered vulnerability, or a client relationship is not permission to test a system. Security work must be governed by an approved Authorization to Test, Rules of Engagement, and statement of work.

Enforcement

PalmX may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, confidential information, or legal rights. We may preserve relevant evidence and refer suspected unlawful conduct to an appropriate authority where required or permitted.

Report a concern

Do not put secrets or exploit details in public comments or ordinary contact forms. Use the responsible-disclosure workflow once a monitored security channel is published, or follow the client-approved incident path for an engagement.

This is an operational draft for review and approval. Do not use it to determine rights or obligations until it is approved by the authorized owner.
