Applicant and intern privacy notice

A focused notice for people who apply, intern, or share work for consideration by PalmX.

These pages are prepared for structured review. They are not approved for production publication and are not a substitute for legal review or verified company information.

What you choose to share

The careers experience may ask for a name, email address, selected role, portfolio or LinkedIn URL, message, and an optional CV. Do not include passwords, national identity documents, medical records, or unrelated sensitive information.

Why we use it

The intended purposes are to review a current opportunity, communicate about an application, coordinate an interview or internship, assess work-related skills, and meet documented people-operations needs. A separate optional choice is required for future-opportunity marketing or unrelated communications.

Application routing status

The current website form is a client-side preview and is not connected to a verified applicant mailbox, database, or recruitment system. Until that routing is enabled and tested, the page must not display a message that implies a completed delivery or review.

Review and decisions

PalmX does not claim that the current website makes a final hiring decision solely by automated means. If screening technology or AI is introduced, its purpose, human review, data use, vendor, and challenge path must be documented before use.

Retention and requests

The applicant retention period, deletion owner, and verified applicant contact are pending approval. You may use the data-request workflow once it is marked live; identity verification and applicable legal exceptions may apply.

Intern work and portfolio use

An internship, co-op, certificate, image, testimonial, or portfolio feature needs its own written terms and permission. Applying or participating does not by itself grant PalmX a right to publish a person’s name, work, image, or certificate.

This is an operational draft for review and approval. Do not use it to determine rights or obligations until it is approved by the authorized owner.
