Current state
The current website does not sell a product online, take card payments, start a subscription, or operate a checkout. A refund promise cannot be activated from this page until the commercial model, invoice flow, consumer or business classification, tax treatment, and approved terms are known.
Future service engagements
For a business engagement, cancellation, credits, milestone acceptance, expenses, and refunds must be stated in the signed proposal, order form, master agreement, or statement of work. A marketing page cannot override that signed allocation.
If checkout is introduced
- Publish the legal seller identity, address, CR/VAT details where required, pricing, taxes, delivery or service timing, cancellation, refund and complaint route before taking payment.
- Use a payment provider and data flow that have been reviewed, contracted, and added to the vendor and privacy records.
- Test confirmation, cancellation, refund, invoice, failed-payment, dispute, and customer-support paths in both languages where offered.
Status
This policy is conditional and noindex in the current release. It must be reviewed and republished if PalmX introduces a real transaction flow.
This is an operational draft for review and approval. Do not use it to determine rights or obligations until it is approved by the authorized owner.
